Easycause AI provides tools for organizations to:
- Create and manage collective advocacy campaigns
- Connect their social media accounts
- Measure campaign performance using aggregated insights
- Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations
The Service is intended for use by organizations, not private individuals.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to represent your organization
- Have permission to connect the organization's social media accounts
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Ensure you have permission to connect Pages and accounts
- Use the Service for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
5. Social Media Integrations
When connecting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X accounts:
- You grant Easycause AI permission to access data you authorize via OAuth
- Access is read-only
- You may revoke access at any time
- Easycause AI is not responsible for outages or changes in API access
You agree to comply with the Terms of those platforms.
6. Data Ownership
- Your organization retains ownership of its content and analytics.
- Easycause AI does not claim rights to your posts or media.
- We may analyze aggregated, anonymized data to improve system performance.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Collect personal user data from social platforms
- Harass, abuse, or target individuals
- Share illegal or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
8. Service Availability
Easycause AI strives for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. APIs may fail or change — we are not liable for disruptions caused by external platforms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You breach these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- We are required by law or platform policies
Upon termination, your access tokens are revoked and data may be deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
Easycause AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Business losses
- API changes or platform outages
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
